The seminar will explore essential aspects of effective project management in the ceramic industry, placing particular emphasis on energy efficiency and the application processes associated with the Transition 5.0 concept.
It will begin with a technical analysis of application documents, the production process and counterfactual analysis, illustrated by practical examples.
Further discussions will provide detailed analysis of prospective and retrospective certification, measurement of estimates, use of the GSE platform and monitoring, together with a comprehensive overview of its practical applications. Project submission procedures will be explained, with a focus on critical issues, the necessary checks and rules for obtaining benefits. Practical advice for companies will also be provided.
The seminar will conclude with a question-and-answer session, allowing attendees to further explore the topics covered and clarify any uncertainties.
