A day devoted to skills, counselling and training with the aim of forging connections between young people and companies.

This valuable career guidance initiative is part of a broader project focused on innovation and is aimed at recent graduates and final year students from technical institutes, young professionals, workers interested in specialising in sustainability, and companies involved in the ecological transition.

The following will be present and available for information to both companies and students in this area:

• ITS MAKER ACADEMY Foundation - Higher Technological Institute Academy Mechanics, Mechatronics, Motor, Packaging that will present the training offer and in particular the ITS Higher Technician course Industrial Automation, advanced industrial automation systems, dedicated to the ceramic technology sector.
   
• G-LAB Srl, Impresa Sociale di Fondazione Golinelli, accredited by the Ministry of Education, and ITI Enrico FERMI DI MODENA, which will present the VIRTUAL SIMULATOR OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES SPECIFIC TO THE CERAMICS SECTOR, created in collaboration with ACIMAC. The environment visible in the simulator is that of a complete plant, with two phases in particular that will see the development of the educational sections: kiln-drying-firing, with focus on firing parameters in relation to the finished product (curve, creep) and digital printing/coloring.
