CAR ACCESS DURING THE EVENT FOR UNLOADING OPERATIONS
During the event, access to the fairgrounds with cars for loading/unloading operations will be allowed for a maximum of one hour and subject to a security deposit of 100.00 euros. Alternatively and always on these days, a free trolley delivery service will be available at the South entrance with a security deposit of euro 100.00.

UNLOADING MACHINERY WITH CRANES
For logistical and safety reasons, the unloading of machinery and materials with the use of CRANEs is allowed only on days from September 9 to 12, 2024, with the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
ANTICIPATED SET-UPS
It is possible to advance set-ups on days from September 13 to 16, with hours 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
To apply, fill out Form L3 (advance set-up) in the "ONLINE SERVICES" section of the exhibitor's reserved area.

CAR ACCESS DURING THE SET-UPS
During set-up operations, access to the district with cars will not be allowed.
Cars will have to park at Park East 1-2-3 and Park South 2.

Removal of samples from the booth
Friday, September 27, 2024 - ENTRANCE RESTRICTED TO EXHIBITORS ONLY.
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - removal of samples by hand, entry by vans and cars
(it is necessary to be in possession of the "Samples Removal Voucher")
8 p.m. - 10 p.m. - reservation of loading slots at the edge of the hall for trucks, tractor-trailers and vans

REGISTRATION OF PERSONNEL and DELEGATION TO THE STAFF.
To enter the district during set-up (and dismantling) you must:
- be current with the balance of invoices.
- register all the people who will need to access the quarter on those days.
- send your fitter the useful link to proceed in turn to register your people.
- reserve unloading/loading slots.
Registration of people should be done in the "LOGISTICS-REGISTRATION OF PERSONNEL" section found in your own reserved area.
Delegation to the fitter is always done from the exhibitor's reserved area, LOGISTICS/REGISTRATION OF STAFF section. At the bottom of the page, "FITTING MODE" should be filled in, indicating "booth set up by own fitter" and choosing your fitter from the list.

SLOT RESERVATION
Entry into the district of the vehicles that need to unload during the set-up/dismantling phases is subject to booking the "slot" which can be done from the "LOGISTICS - SLOT BOOKING" section in the exhibitor's reserved area; after booking, print out the relevant pass with Qr code and present it to the check-in area (park EST 4).
Freight entrance for booth disassembly
For Halls B and D, Entrance EST from Via Costantino il Grande - 47921 Rimini
