Press release n. 1 of the 20/07/2023 10.38.22 ( download )

Rimini, 29 June 2023 . The dates for the next edition of Tecna have been officially announced. The international exhibition of technologies and supplies for surfaces organised by Italian Exhibition Group in collaboration with Acimac will be held from 24 to 27 September 2024 in its customary venue of the Rimini Expo Centre.

As is now traditional, Tecna will be held in the last week of September concurrently with the other important trade fairs devoted to surfaces . Cersaie and Marmomac . to attract the thousands of international buyers who will be in Italy on those dates.

The 2024 edition will reaffirm the show´s world leadership in terms of technology and innovation and will maintain and consolidate the new format introduced in 2022, which involves an increasingly select and inclusive range of offerings inspired by the slogan ´how to make it´. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest technological solutions for the production of all kinds of surfaces and materials, from the most traditional to the most innovative.
Hybrid surface coverings, the use of surfaces in domestic and public spaces and the quest for integrated technical and aesthetic innovations are all aspects that will attract a growing number of companies from all over the world. But the show´s real strength lies in its 40-plus years of history and in the fact that it is a kind of ´home event´ for the world´s most important ceramic industry and is consequently the premier showcase of Made in Italy.

During the lead-up to 2024, Tecna is continuing its promotional campaign worldwide via trade fairs and conferences. One important step in the build-up to the show was the Decortech Conference, an international convention that further expanded on the themes introduced at Tecna 2022 in the section Decortech: focus on digital decoration, finishing and design. The event proved a big success, attracting more than 80 visitors and featuring presentations by leading companies in the industry, in-depth discussions and B2B meetings with a delegation of foreign buyers.
